Let's identify & get really clear about what the problem is together. Then, let's begin to peel the layers a bit before we move to potential solutions. This way we understand why you're having a hard time. Our "problems" need to feel seen & validated. Otherwise, we cannot move forward.

Session 2

There are usually a few ways to tackle an issue/problem that we're experiencing. What are these options? What solutions feel best in your body? What will help you feel great aout your decision? These solutions should agree with your values and priorities.Let's explore these paths together!

Session 3

Let's implement!! A problem will keep persisting until you set up a plan to take action on it. Whether that is a small step forward, our nervous system needs to feel this change. In this session, we will set an implementation plan so that you feel confident & capable of doing the thing you want!

Here are some examples of what we can do in 3 sessions:

- Gain clarity around a decision or a pivot you are trying to make.

- Think through a leaderhip problem, develop a strategy approach & how to approach it.
